Delivery is free wherever you are in the United States. There is no threshold to hit and no surcharge at checkout. Spotted a mistake in your address? Tell us inside 12 hours and we can still catch it.

Message us within 30 days of delivery and we will authorise it, usually inside 24 hours on business days. You then have 14 days to post it back to the address we give you. Please wait for that authorisation — parcels that arrive unannounced cannot be matched to an order.

One limit worth knowing before you buy: anything worn against the skin cannot be resold once the seal is broken, so compression garments, insoles and foot-care items have to come back unworn and still sealed. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are exempt — those we replace or refund whatever state they are in, and we pay the postage both directions.

Your return is checked the day it lands and you get an email either way. Approved refunds leave us inside 5–7 business days, back to whatever you paid with. Nothing is held back for restocking or admin.

After that it sits with your bank for another 5–10 business days before it shows on your statement — that stretch is out of everyone's hands. Damage in transit is handled separately: send photos within 48 hours of the parcel arriving and the return costs you nothing.

Nothing leaves here untracked. The number lands in your inbox the moment the parcel is collected, and you can look it up whenever you like on the tracking page.

Expect a quiet spell first — carriers take 1–3 business days to register that opening scan, so a blank page on day one means nothing is wrong. Silence beyond 7 business days is different, and we will start chasing. Anything still missing 14 business days after you ordered we write off as lost and put right, by replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Visa , Mastercard , American Express , Discover , PayPal , Apple Pay , Google Pay and Shop Pay are all accepted. The mix you actually see depends on your phone or browser — the wallets only surface on hardware that supports them — so treat the checkout screen as the final word.
