Support / Frequently asked questions
Answers, before you ask.
Everything about our formulas, our testing, your order, and what supplements can and cannot do. If something isn't here, our team will answer it directly.
Our products are food supplements, not medicines
Nothing on this page is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent authority.
The decision to take any supplement is yours, and the responsibility for that decision rests with you. We are a manufacturer and retailer, not your healthcare provider. We cannot assess your health, your medication, or your individual needs, and we are not permitted to give individual dosage or treatment advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement — particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or preparing for surgery.
Always read the product label in full before use. Do not exceed the stated serving. Keep out of reach of children.
Health & safety
Who is responsible for deciding whether a supplement is right for me?
You are. This is the single most important thing on this page, so we would rather be direct about it than bury it.
We manufacture and sell food supplements. We publish the full ingredient list, the exact dose of every active, and the batch testing behind it, so that you and your healthcare professional can make an informed decision. What we cannot do is make that decision for you. We do not know your medical history, your bloodwork, your prescriptions, or your allergies, and we are not permitted to assess them.
By ordering and taking our products, you accept that the decision to use them, in what combination, and for how long, is yours alone, and that you take on the responsibility for that decision. If you are unsure in any way, speak to a doctor, pharmacist, or registered dietitian before you start.
Can you tell me what to take for my condition?
No — and not because we are being unhelpful. Only a medically qualified person who can assess you individually may recommend a supplement for a health condition. As a manufacturer we are legally prohibited from doing so, in the EU under the Health Claims Regulation and in the US under dietary supplement rules.
What our team can do is explain what is in a product, at what dose, in what form, and what the label says. Anything beyond that belongs with your healthcare professional.
I take prescription medication. Can I use your products?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before you do. Interactions between supplements and medicines are real and are not always obvious — several common nutrients and botanicals affect absorption, blood clotting, blood pressure, blood sugar, or how the liver processes drugs.
Your pharmacist can check your specific combination in seconds and is the right person to ask. We cannot assess interactions and will not attempt to.
Bring the product label or a photo of it to your appointment. Every active and its exact dose is printed there.
Are your products suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Our recommended servings are set for average healthy adults. Nutrient requirements change significantly during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and some ingredients that are unremarkable otherwise are not advised in these periods.
Please discuss any supplement with your midwife, obstetrician, or doctor before taking it. We cannot advise on this, and we ask that you do not treat the absence of a warning on a label as an approval.
Are your products suitable for children?
No. Our products are formulated and dosed for adults aged 18 and over, and are not intended for children. Children have different body weights and different requirements, and an adult serving is not simply a large child's serving.
If you want to supplement a child's diet, a paediatrician is the right person to advise. Please keep all products out of children's reach.
What should I do if I have a reaction?
Stop taking the product immediately and seek medical attention if you have any concern about your health. Treat this as a medical matter first and a customer service matter second.
Once you are safe, please report it to us at support@24naturals.com with the batch or lot number printed on the label. We take every report seriously, investigate each one against our batch records, and will work with you on the right resolution.
Our products
Why don't your product pages say what the supplement does?
Because in most of the markets we sell into, we are not allowed to. Health claims about food supplements are tightly regulated — in the EU only a short list of claims has been authorised, and in the US claims about treating or preventing disease are prohibited outright.
So instead of implying things we cannot support, we describe what is in the product: the compound, the form, the dose, and the testing. If you want to understand what the research says about an ingredient, we would rather you read the primary literature or ask a professional than take a marketing sentence at face value.
Are your products vegan?
Many are, but not all. Where a product is vegan it is stated clearly on the product page and on the label. Where an ingredient is animal-derived — marine collagen and certain vitamin D3 sources being the common examples — we say so plainly rather than leaving you to work it out from the ingredient list.
Capsule shells are plant-based cellulose unless stated otherwise.
Do you use fillers or artificial additives?
We formulate without unnecessary fillers, artificial colours, or flow agents wherever it is technically possible. Some formats genuinely require a carrier or an anti-caking agent to be manufactured consistently; where that is the case we use the most natural option available and list it openly.
Everything in the product is on the label. We do not use proprietary blends, and we do not hide doses behind them.
There's a tiny hole in the foil seal. Is the product compromised?
No. That is a deliberate pinhole for pressure equalisation, common in sealed supplement packaging and especially noticeable after air freight. Your product is unopened and intact.
A broken, peeling, or missing seal is a different matter — do not use the product, and contact us for a replacement.
How should I store my products, and how long do they keep?
Cool, dry, out of direct sunlight, with the lid closed. Most of our products keep well for one to two years; the exact best-before date is printed on every pack and assumes correct storage.
Refrigeration is not required for capsules, tablets, or powders. Liquids and oils may last longer refrigerated. Bathrooms and sunny windowsills are the two places supplements degrade fastest.
Once a product has been delivered, storing it correctly is your responsibility. We cannot replace products degraded by heat, damp, or use after the printed date.
The colour or smell of this batch is different from the last one.
That is normal with natural raw materials. Botanical extracts, marine ingredients, and vitamins from natural sources vary in shade and aroma between harvests and batches. Every batch is tested against the same specification, so the actives and the potency are consistent even when the appearance is not.
If something looks genuinely wrong — visible moisture, mould, or a strongly rancid smell — do not take it. Send us a photo and the lot number and we will replace it.
Quality & testing
Where are your products manufactured?
In audited facilities operating to recognised food and supplement manufacturing standards. We work with a small number of long-term manufacturing partners rather than moving production to whoever is cheapest in a given quarter, because consistency between batches depends on it.
Are your products tested by an independent laboratory?
Yes. Batches are tested by independent laboratories — not only by the supplier who sold us the raw material. Testing covers identity and potency of the actives, plus contaminant screening including heavy metals and microbiological safety.
Supplier assurances and occasional spot checks are the industry norm. We do not consider that sufficient.
What is a lot number and where do I find it?
A lot, or batch, is everything produced in a single run under identical conditions. Each one carries a unique lot number, printed on the label or the base of the container alongside the best-before date.
Quote it whenever you contact us about a specific product. It lets us trace your exact unit back to its test records.
Can I see the test certificate for my batch?
Yes. Email us your lot number and we will send the certificate of analysis for that batch. We think a brand that will not show you this is telling you something.
Where do your raw materials come from?
From established suppliers across several countries — the best source for a given nutrient is rarely the closest one. We favour shorter supply chains where quality allows, but we will not trade purity for a nicer origin story.
What matters more than the country on a certificate is what the independent testing shows, which is why we test every batch on arrival rather than relying on the paperwork that came with it.
Dosage & use
How do I know how much to take?
Follow the recommended daily serving printed on the label, and do not exceed it. That serving is set for an average healthy adult and is reviewed against applicable safety guidance.
If you believe you need a different amount, that is a conversation for a medically qualified person who can assess you. We are not permitted to give individual dosage advice, and we will decline if asked.
Can I take several of your products at the same time?
Food supplements are foods, so combining them is generally possible. The thing to watch is overlap: if two products both contain the same nutrient, the totals add up, and some nutrients have upper limits that matter.
Add the doses across everything you take, including fortified foods, and check the combination with a healthcare professional. Managing your total intake across all products is your responsibility, not ours.
Can I take your products long term?
Our formulas are designed for ongoing daily use at the stated serving. If you are supplementing because of a suspected deficiency, have it confirmed and monitored properly — a blood test and a doctor's review beat guessing, in both directions.
When is the best time of day to take them?
Where timing meaningfully affects absorption we print guidance on the label — fat-soluble nutrients alongside a meal containing fat, for instance. Otherwise, the best time is whichever one you will actually remember. Consistency does more than optimisation here.
I missed a day. Should I double up?
No. Skip it and continue as normal. Do not take a double serving to compensate, and do not exceed the stated daily amount.
Can I give your products to my pet?
Please don't. Our products are formulated and dosed for adult humans and are neither tested nor intended for animals. Several ingredients that are fine for people are not appropriate for cats or dogs. Speak to a vet, who can recommend something made for the animal in front of them.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Through this website. Add what you want to your cart and check out — you can order as a guest or from an account. We are not able to take orders over the phone.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 24 hours of placing it, yes — email support@24naturals.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, and the return process applies instead.
The same 24-hour window applies to address changes, and we cannot guarantee them, because many orders move into processing quickly.
I entered the wrong address. What now?
Contact us immediately and we will try to catch it. If the parcel has already been dispatched to an address you supplied incorrectly, we are not able to refund or reship it free of charge. Please check your address carefully at checkout.
Why was my order cancelled or held for verification?
All orders pass through automated fraud screening. Mismatched billing and shipping details are the usual trigger. We may ask you to verify some information, or cancel and refund the order in full. We also limit quantities and may decline orders that appear to be for resale.
Can I buy your products to resell?
Not through this store. Products bought here are for personal use, and reselling or redistributing them is not permitted without our written authorisation. If you are a genuine retail or wholesale partner, get in touch and we will point you to the right process.
Subscriptions
How does a subscription work?
You choose a delivery interval at checkout and we ship and charge automatically at that interval, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We email you a reminder before every renewal, showing the amount and the date.
How do I pause, change, or cancel it?
From the subscription area of your account at any time, or by emailing support@24naturals.com. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no phone call required.
Changes need to be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to affect that order.
Will my subscription price change?
Not without advance notice. If we change the price of your subscription we will email you before it takes effect, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
My subscription payment failed.
We will retry the charge over the following days and let you know. Updating your card in your account usually resolves it. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription is paused or cancelled rather than left in limbo.
I have too much stock building up.
Lengthen your interval or skip the next delivery from your account. We would much rather you adjusted the schedule than cancelled and ran out later.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Domestic orders are typically processed in 1–5 business days and delivered in 1–5 business days after that. Our daily cut-off is 7:00 PM (New York, GMT −5): orders before it go into processing the same business day, orders after it the next one.
We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays. During promotions and peak periods, processing can take longer, and we will email you if a delay is significant.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most destinations. International transit times are estimates and exclude time held in customs, which is outside our control.
Am I allowed to import supplements into my country?
That is for you to establish before you order. Supplement regulations differ sharply between countries: an ingredient sold freely in one market can be restricted, dose-capped, or prohibited in another.
By placing an international order you confirm that the product may lawfully be imported into your country and that you act as the importer of record. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, inspected, seized, destroyed, or refused entry by any authority, and we are not able to refund orders refused entry on those grounds. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully fulfil.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
You do. Any duties, import taxes, brokerage or handling fees charged by your country are separate from the price you pay us, are set by your authorities, and are your responsibility as the importer.
We cannot calculate them in advance for every destination, and we cannot influence a customs decision.
How is my order packaged?
Sealed, tamper-evident, and in plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents. Every order ships with substantial remaining shelf life; if something arrives at or near its date, we will replace or refund it in full.
My capsules arrived soft or stuck together.
Softgels and gummies are heat-sensitive, and a warm delivery vehicle or a sunny doorstep can soften them in transit. Appearance is usually affected before potency is. Letting them cool and settle often resolves it.
In hot months, collect parcels promptly rather than leaving them outside. If you believe a product has genuinely been compromised, do not take it — send us photos and the lot number and we will replace it.
My parcel was never collected from the pickup point.
Where a parcel goes to a locker, post office, or pickup point, collecting it within the carrier's window is your responsibility. Uncollected parcels are returned to us and are not refundable, because a supplement that has left our control cannot lawfully be restocked. We can reship, though additional shipping charges apply.
Returns & refunds
What can I return?
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging with the safety seal fully intact, within 30 days of delivery.
Opened products cannot be returned. This is not a policy we chose for convenience: once a seal is broken we cannot verify what happened to the product, and food safety rules prohibit us from reselling it. Defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect items are always covered regardless of seal.
How do I start a return?
Email support@24naturals.com with your order number, the lot number, the reason, and photos if relevant. Wait for authorisation before sending anything — unauthorised returns may not be accepted or refunded, and we will confirm the correct return address when we authorise.
Mark your order number clearly on the outside of the parcel so we can match it to your account.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the item was defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect — in which case we cover it. Please use a trackable service; we cannot refund a return we never receive. Unpaid or cash-on-delivery parcels are refused.
The product didn't do anything for me. Can I get a refund?
Not on that basis alone, once the product is opened. Food supplements are not medicines and their effects vary considerably between individuals; no outcome is promised, and none is guaranteed. Any testimonial you read reflects that person's experience, not a claim about yours.
If a product is faulty, we will always put it right. If it simply did not meet your expectations, an unopened unit can go back within 30 days.
When will I get my money back?
Returns are inspected within 3 business days of arrival and you will hear the outcome. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. If your bank has not shown it after that, check with them first — settlement times vary — then come back to us.
Where an item was discounted, the refund reflects what you actually paid for it, not the list price.
Do you do exchanges?
Only for items that arrive damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. For anything else, return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order — it is faster than a swap.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, and digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments run through PCI-compliant gateways; your full card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
When am I charged?
Immediately when you place the order. Your bank may also show a temporary authorisation hold before the charge settles — that is not a second charge and clears on its own.
My payment was declined.
Check the card number, expiry, and CVV, confirm the billing address matches your bank's records, check available funds, and make sure the card is enabled for online and international transactions.
If it still fails, your bank is the one to ask — they do not tell us why a payment was refused.
Which currency am I charged in?
The currency shown at checkout. If your card is in a different one, your bank handles conversion at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. Those charges are set by your bank and are outside our control.
Is sales tax or VAT included?
Tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and itemised before you confirm, so there are no surprises on our side of the transaction. Customs duties on international orders are separate and are covered above.
Something is wrong with my order — should I contact my bank?
Contact us first. We resolve nearly everything within a day or two, whereas a bank dispute takes weeks and stops us from helping you while it runs.
We do contest disputes we believe to be unfounded, and will provide order, delivery, and correspondence records as evidence. This does not affect your statutory rights or your right to dispute a genuinely unauthorised transaction.
Account & contact
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you save multiple addresses, track orders, manage subscriptions, and reorder in a click.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@24naturals.com and we will delete everything we are permitted to delete. Records of completed orders have to be retained for tax and product-safety traceability reasons — if a batch is ever recalled, that record is how we reach the people who bought it.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. Order confirmations, shipping updates, and subscription renewal reminders are transactional and continue regardless.
How do I reach a human?
Email support@24naturals.com. Include your order number and, for product questions, the lot number. Our hours are below.
