We ship internationally. Regulations governing dietary supplements — including which ingredients are permitted, at what dosages, and under what labeling — differ significantly between countries.

We are not liable for orders that are delayed, seized, destroyed, or refused entry by customs or any other authority. ARTICLE 8 - SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING ORDERS

If you sign up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price disclosed at checkout, until you cancel.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically. We will send you a reminder by email before each scheduled renewal.
  • You may pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing support@24naturals.com. Cancellation is free and takes effect for all future orders.
  • Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date in order to apply to that order. Orders already processed will be fulfilled and are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Subscription pricing may change; we will give you advance notice by email before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or cancel the subscription.

ARTICLE 9 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We are not responsible for any loss of potency or quality resulting from improper storage, exposure to heat or moisture, or use after the expiry date.

Do not use a product if the safety seal is broken or missing on arrival, or if the product appears damaged or tampered with. Contact us instead and we will replace it in accordance with our Return Policy.

In the unlikely event of a product recall or withdrawal, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers using the contact details associated with their orders and will publish notice on this website. Retaining your batch or lot number will help us assist you.
