These terms govern your use of 24naturals.com and any purchase you make from 24naturals. By using the store or placing an order you agree to them. Please read section 6 in particular, which explains what our products are intended for.

This store is operated by 24naturals, 732 Bedford Street, Wallingford, CT 06492, United States. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to 24naturals. We offer this site, including all information, tools and products available here, on the condition that you accept these terms.

2. Store conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You may not use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that interferes with the site's operation or another user's access to it.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product descriptions, measurements and pricing accurate and current. Some information on the site may nevertheless contain errors or become out of date, and we may correct it without notice. Where a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and offer to cancel and refund it in full.

4. Products, sizing and images

Product images are illustrative. Colours can render differently between screens, and measurements may vary slightly between production batches within normal manufacturing tolerance. Sizing tables are published on each product page and represent the measurements we hold for that item.

5. Availability and pricing

Products are offered subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue an item at any time. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price you pay for that order.

6. Nature of our products

Everything we sell is a general wellness and physical-support product — compression garments, braces, supports, cushions and similar items. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have circulatory problems, diabetes, nerve damage, an open wound, or have recently had surgery, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using compression or support products. Our full Disclaimer forms part of these terms.

7. Orders, accounts and billing

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that our fraud screening flags. Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy.

8. Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

9. Third-party tools and links

The store uses third-party services for payment, delivery, email and analytics, and may link to third-party sites. We provide access to those tools "as is" and are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site. Review their terms before using them.

10. User submissions

If you send us comments, suggestions or other material, we may use, edit and publish it without restriction or obligation to compensate you. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you send, and you must not send anything unlawful, abusive or infringing on someone else's rights.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

16. Termination

These terms are effective unless terminated by either of us. We may terminate them at any time if you fail to comply with any provision, and may deny you access to the store accordingly. Obligations incurred before termination survive it.

17. Entire agreement

These terms, together with the policies published on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements.

18. Governing law

These terms and any separate agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
